How Should I Take Care Of My Jewelry?
To make sure your Loon Concept pieces last as long as possible, here are a few tips: keep jewelry away from any perspiration, water and chemicals like perfumes or lotions. Make sure to take off before you sleep or go for a swim! When not in use - store it in the original pouch provided with your purchase and find someplace cool & dry so that its luster is preserved. Lastly if cleaning ever becomes necessary – feel free to do so carefully!
What Are My Pieces Made Of?
All of our Loon Concept pieces are made of 14k or 18k Plated Gold or Rhodium Plated over 925 sterling silver.
They are also Nickel Free & Hypoallergenic.
What Is The Policy For Returns And Exchanges?
We offer full refunds or exchanges for our jewelry within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must be:
- Unworn
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition
- In all original packaging
Exclusions include:
- Items marked as final sale
- Earrings

Shipping questions
Fast Shipping
Domestic (within the United States):
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Tracking information will become available 1–2 business days after ordering.
International:
We ship orders Monday through Friday. For orders placed using Express Shipping, tracking information will become available 1–2 business days after ordering and delivery will follow in 3–5 business days. For orders placed using Standard Shipping, tracking information will become available 3–5 business days after ordering.
All shipping estimates (domestic and international) are approximate and listed in business days. Our team works quickly to fulfill orders so we can get your jewelry to you as soon as possible. Orders may take longer than expected to arrive based on inclement weather, holidays, and/or carrier delays, and this is out of our control.
Please note business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email to notify you as soon as your order has been shipped to you with a link to track your track it. Please note tracking links can take up to 24 hours to update with an estimated delivery date from the time they are sent to you.

Our Returns Policy
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, no worries! We offer free exchanges or refunds for returns within 30 days.
Plus, all of our jewellery comes with a 1 year warranty so if any manufacturing issues occur don't hesitate to let us know and we’ll take care of it for you – gratis!
How Should My Item Be Returned?
If you’re planning to return or exchange an item, please make sure it is unworn and in the original packaging. When returning your items include a completed order slip as well as full name, email address/phone number & order details so we can process things quickly - not including this information could delay or halt processing altogether. We look forward to helping you with your return soon!
Refunding Your Item
Here at Loon Concept, we want to ensure you get the best shopping experience!
If for any reason you need a refund on your purchase, our easy returns process means that funds will be returned using the same payment method originally used - whether it’s a Credit or Debit card or PayPal. Refunds can take up to 5-10 working days if paid by credit/debit cards and only 24 hours with Paypal. Just bear in mind customs duties and additional fees are nonrefundable – though all other purchases qualify for our full money back guarantee!
Exchanging Your Item
Here at Loon Concept, we understand that sometimes you need to switch out an item for something else. We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase - so no worries if you got the wrong size or want a different piece!
Just fill out our return section on your order slip, specify it's an exchange and select which one you'd like instead; if the new item costs more than what was purchased, then just make payment through email notification afterwords. On top of this, any difference in price will be refunded back to your original form of payment — easy peasy!
